Jean-Roger takes a microlight flight over the Turgwe river. Closeups of some of the Turgwe hippos and crocodiles & a Pied Wagtail.
Aug. 2011 – Hippos on Land and Extras
A number of the Turgwe hippos filmed on land including babies Maxie and BonBon. Other animals around Hippo Haven including Waterbuck, Dassies and Water Monitor. A couple of Baobabs, one an unusual shape and a black eagle nest.
July 2011 – The Bush, Baobab, Elephants and Hippos
Views of the bush around Hippo Haven along with an unusually shaped baobab. Chubby and Tandee hippos, plus baby hippo BonBon. Some elephants visiting Hippo Haven, including a baby.
July 2011 – Elephants, Hippos & Snare Patrol
A herd of 18 elephants visit Hippo Haven. The game scouts show the huge number of snares that they have removed so far this year, saving many animals from a horrible death.
