Steve has been our media star. Born 18 or 19th September 2017. His mother is Relief and father is Kuchek. He came to our home from May 2020 through to February 2023.

Becoming our house hippo and eating food at the back door, often eating besides the warthogs, bush pigs and baboons. He is a very special hippo to us. He supposedly came back to the house in September but Karen and Jean-Roger were away in the UK. He has not come back since. We believe he is safe but is just growing up and does not need to see us as often as before. It may be best not to adopt him until he moves either back into this area or returns to the house.

If he does we will let everyone know. Karen cannot get up to date photos or videos of him at this moment.
